  1. Have your oven preheated to 400°.
  2. Take the flour and yogurt and combine them in some large bowl as you stir them well together.
  3. Then, add the black pepper, Gruyère cheese, turnip, butter, 1 1/4 teaspoons of salt, chives, potatoes and nutmeg.
